Tuna Pasta Bake

Serves 4 Adults or 8 Little People

2 Tins of Tuna
1 Large Onion
3 Peppers
3 Parsnips
5 Large Carrots
3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tins of chopped Tomatoes

Method:- To make the sauce bring all the vegetables to boil in a large saucepan then simmer until soft. Add the tomatoes and season with a vegetable stock cube and black pepper. Blend well and thicken with cornflower.
Add the Tuna to the sauce and and mix with semi-cooked pasta. Place in an oven proof dish, grate on cheese on top and bake until crispy brown on top.

Serve with a fresh salad and garlic bread.
